Traditional touches gives provenance home

Brandy Daigle wasn't aware her home was out of the ordinary until people began telling her they were stalking the gray stucco the best house near Windrush Park in Provenance. Rather, the house finds a balance between the neighborhood development off southern loop, but the Daigles' home offers none of these traditional house features. Home builder Savier said,"With modern homes, there's usually no symmetry. Windows don't line up and they're often stuck in weird places. But the Daigles' home has traditional flair built into modern style with a Mediterranean feel". The home's great room allowed the conversation to flow with ease from the kitchen to the dining area to the main living space.

New Technology about housing comes to dar

Building costs for residential houses and other structures in Tanzania will be cut by half when a government supported 15 million US dollar factory starts on next jan. Construction of the factory to produce composite structural insulated panels(CSIP), descriped as a better alternative to traditional construction materials due to their strength and affordability, started in dar. Nowadays the use of CSIPs for houses would reduce building costs by almost half because of cement, wood and steel would not required. Building house technology of using CSIPs would also reduce construction period by many months. More people could own modern and decent houses when searching for affordable building materials. Houses comes with water recycling plant and a rain harvesting friendly design under these technologies.

House Prices terrorize Villages

English villages face an unsure future since young families and first-time buyers are under pressure to purchase houses in the countryside, according to a new report. The study found that the high price of property coupled with the low salary of rural workers is generating "indefensible pressures" that terrorize the future of rural communities. Without the families desirable to keep schools and shops living, it is feared that villages would become limited to the wealthy.

"For this third category, a lack of economic activity will squeeze out local schools and force shops to close as they won't be getting the hold up they need to thrive." The standard house price in the Cotswolds, for example, is £328,980, nearly 20 times higher than the average salary.

House prices destroys village life

Many families will still be priced out of homes in the countryside even in property crash, according to new research warning that traditional village life is now at risk of dying out. Young couples are forced to move away from the country to buy houses, turning villages into virtual ghettos of the rich and elderly without families needed to keep schools and shops alive. We protect villages from any development because people want to be able to buy a little house that will still have a view of green fields in 20 years. The national housing federation research will be conducted in april. after six months of consecutive house price falls, it suggests the housing market could be headed for a crash bad enough to cripple existing homeowners but without solving problems of buyers in rural middle england.

House price falls but market remains dreary

House price falls eased somewhat this June, but market circumstances stay unwelcoming with sentiment near record lows, according to a review on Tuesday. The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors stated its house price balance - that calculates the balance of house property assessors reporting falls and rises in prices -- rose to -88.0 in the three months to June from -92.2 in May.

Market analysts had predicted a reading of -93.8 but the balance is only vaguely above the 30-year low hit during April of -94.2 and is probable to add to concerns about the future health of an already sharply deteriorating housing market. The ratio of sales to stocks of unsold property -- frequently cited by economists as a more dependable measure of the health of the market -- fell to 18.2 percent from 19.4 percent in the three months to May.

House prices in free fall

The standard price of all house property purchased last year dipped by 1.7%. House prices begged off for the fourth successive month in June as inflation and high interest rates carries on to hit property buyers in the pocket.

The latest Absa House Price Index, released yesterday, exposed that nominal year-on-year house price increase declined by 0.9 percent to 3.8 percent previous month from 4.7 percent in May, as paying criteria became a chief concern with bond repayments up almost 40 percent in the last two years. Currently only FNB and Nedbank are yet allowing some 100 percent loans. Absa and Standard Bank now require deposits of between 10 and 20 percent.
